The critically acclaimed and daring band PATINA is embarking on an extensive Denmark tour in the fall of 2024. PATINA is many things, but above all, it is a band born out of the camaraderie, curiosity, and colorful musicality of seven good friends, with three young masterminds leading the way: Gregers, Mads, and Søren.

The critically acclaimed and daring band PATINA is embarking on an extensive Denmark tour in the fall of 2024 – a tour that kicks off with a grand homecoming spectacle in Svendborg, in one of the city's old, industrial taverns, and concludes in the urban hub of Store VEGA in Vesterbro, Copenhagen.

Quirky poetry came to life on the breakthrough album, 'Drømmefanger' (Dreamcatcher), while a more introspective melancholy received loving treatment with rockier tones on the popular follow-up, 'GENSTART' (RESTART). PATINA is many things, but above all, it is a band born out of the camaraderie, curiosity, and colorful musicality of seven good friends, with three young masterminds leading the way: Gregers, Mads, and Søren.

In 2019, PATINA won Karrierekanonen (the Career Cannon), while 'Flammer Rammer' became the most-played song on P3 the following year. The debut album, 'Drømmefanger,' which also featured the hit single 'Sådan Må Det Være (Uhhhh),' paved the way for tours and sold-out concerts. Particularly on the roads, PATINA has managed to turn their universe into a high-energy live phenomenon, with the 'GENSTART' album – and the hit title track from it – propelling the band onto their largest summer tour to date, including milestones like Friday Rock in Tivoli and Smukfest this year. In a 5-star concert review in Fyens Stiftidende in the spring of 2023, journalist Simon Staun writes, "PATINA has by now a solid handful of top-notch pop songs to their credit" and that they "together draw a picture of a band with poetic flair, a natural ability to write catchy lyrics, and, not least, the ability to deliver them in front of an audience."

For four years, the band has been on an almost never-ending tour with over 150 concerts. But now, the tour bus comes to a complete stop for a while as PATINA once again immerses itself in the creative process. The first result is the brand-new single 'Syg Den Dag,' a charming and dusty 70s pop song with a lyrical as well as musical twinkle in the eye. The song marks a new chapter for the band, a chapter that, of course, will be followed by an extensive Denmark tour in the fall of 2024.
