Mumle is the small voice we all have inside us, which is neither polite, thoughtful, nor sweet, but above all brutally honest. And that perfectly describes the music Mumle makes. It's humorous, it's genuine, it's immensely relatable, and it actually deals a lot with self-awareness and includes a good dose of self-irony.

After a debut festival summer with more than 20 concerts under her own name, packed tents and filled venues, Mumle is becoming a well-established name on the Danish music scene.

Mumle kicked off her musical journey just over a year ago with the track 'Det Modsatte,' which quickly became an absolute unavoidable hit. Since then, she has released the radio hit 'Et For Dig' and the duet with Svea S 'Hvor Solen Ik’ Skinner,' both of which continue to top streaming and radio charts.

Behind Mumle, we find Julia Kathrine Hansen. She is 21 years old and graduated high school in the summer of '23. She was born and raised in Haderslev, but recently moved to Aarhus.

"Music has saved my quirky personality. I would probably have become boring otherwise."

She draws inspiration from the people she interacts with in her daily life; the things happening to her friends, the things they talk about in their group, the way they talk to each other, but also from TV series with funny stereotypes or things she comes across while chilling out, sparking imagination and inspiration for Mumle.

Loui Henderson is a 23-year-old Danish songwriter, raised in Sundby on Amager, who creates dusty, Danish-language indie pop with a strong narrative core and an urban edge. The music draws on the songwriter tradition of the 2000s and the Copenhagen folk aesthetic, yet feels uncompromisingly contemporary in its focus on presence, imperfection, and humanity. Loui’s songs are melodic, lyric-driven, and deliberately unpolished.

Loui Henderson’s music contains many colors, is not bound by time, and draws inspiration from several generations’ memories and feelings of youth, freedom, and falling in love.
