With the greatest love for Johnny Madsen's musical and lyrical universe, his son Rasmus Madsen takes the stage together with some of the heaviest names in Danish rock - on his father’s will, by the grace of the audience, and with the band’s undivided enthusiasm!! MADSEN plays authentic rock'n'roll from Thyborøn.

Sold-out concerts, extraordinary reviews, and Thyborøn rock for the Danes. MADSEN has cemented its worth, and the support has been immense and moving. So far, it has amounted to 17 indoor shows - all completely sold out. Now, 50 festivals await in the summer of ’26, and a series of reviews has repeatedly propelled MADSEN into the very top tier of Danish rock music.

In the spring of 2027, MADSEN will play 20 concerts in the larger concert halls - this time with a choir as a permanent feature. Ekstra Bladet’s Thomas Treo has awarded MADSEN five stars - twice. And his newspaper placed MADSEN on the list of the five best concert experiences of 2025 - twice.
Berlingske’s reviewer attended the concert at the Royal Danish Theatre and responded with six stars, writing: “By far the best concert of the year.”

MADSEN is and remains: Rasmus Madsen with God by his side (read: Knud Møller), Niels Ole Thorning on keys, Niels Kvist on bass, and Casper Mikkelsen on drums. Choir: Signe Juhl, Amalie Egholm, and Louise Støjberg.
