Fallulah

FALLULAH (Maria Apetri) is a singer, songwriter and producer. Since her breakthrough in 2010, the Danish-Romanian artist has established herself as an important voice in Danish pop music. She is behind major radio hits such as “Out of It” and “Bridges” from her debut album The Black Cat Neighbourhood, which achieved double platinum status and set the tone for a career defined by strong melodies and artistic integrity.

Since then, she has released a series of critically acclaimed records, and her music has featured in international TV series such as Pretty Little Liars and Teen Wolf. Along the way, she has received numerous awards, including the P3 Prize, the Carl Prize and the Danish Music Awards.

In 2018, she founded the feminist movement Hej Søster, and in 2023 she released her fifth album, Celeste, created on her own terms and with a critical perspective on the impact of streaming culture on musicians. The album was released exclusively as a physical and digital purchase, a model she will continue to follow for her upcoming releases.

Fallulah is now on the verge of a new chapter. With new songs in Danish, she explores another side of her artistic universe and invites audiences closer into her stories. Musically, modern electronic productions blend with references to the Danish songwriting tradition.
