Kirk Fletcher Band

Kirk Fletcher is an American blues musician, singer, guitarist, and producer, born in Bellflower, California. His musical roots lie in gospel and blues, which he discovered growing up in a church in Compton, where he began playing guitar at a young age. Throughout his career, Fletcher has performed and recorded with prominent artists such as Joe Bonamassa, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, and Kim Wilson, as well as working with artists including Cyndi Lauper, Michelle Branch, and Eros Ramazzotti.

As a solo artist, he has released a series of critically acclaimed albums and received several Blues Music Award nominations. His music is rooted in the classic blues tradition while combining it with a modern, personal, and deeply soulful sound. On his album Heartache By The Pound, recorded at the legendary FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Fletcher returns to his gospel and blues roots and pays tribute to the traditions that have shaped him as a musician.
