In 2025, Michael Falch, accompanied by two magnificent musicians in a cinematic, atmospheric sound, will take his most beautiful and poignant songs about the human condition and the state of things around the country - with the intensity, energy, and special presence that always characterizes his performances.

MICHAEL FALCH ON POETIC TRIO TOUR IN 2025

Many years ago, Michael Falch embraced the expression "rust never sleeps." Throughout his career, he has used it as a mantra to never simply repeat himself when embarking on tours. In recent times alone, he has toured with his young rock band, DÉT BAND, with his daughter Mathilde in the so-called bittersweet trio, with MALURT, acoustically solo, and with Poul Krebs.

In 2025, he will embark on a tour to the country's best cultural venues and theaters in a new trio set-up. He will be joined by the Norwegian cellist, Live Johansson from LiveStrings, who has previously brought Scandinavian brilliance to his songs both on stage and on albums, and the keyboardist Mikkel Reumert Damgaard, who has been a member of Falch's backing band for years and is also part of Love Shop.

Michael Falch is currently writing new songs, and a new album is expected to see the light of day in October 2024, after he has completed his tour with Poul Krebs.

Supporting the tour will be a new name on the Danish scene, Gabriel Jacobsen. Since he was very young, he has worked for Michael Falch as a stage manager. Simultaneously, Gabriel has developed his own songwriting, showcasing his powerful voice before the poetic trio takes the stage.
