Option 1:

Associations, have a look here:
- You are based in Kolding Municipality and you have a VAT-number.
- You are a non-commercial entity.
- You wish to host an event at Godset with public access.

Associations based in Kolding which have a legal municipal purpose can rent Godset to host music events and other cultural event (for example theater shows and lectures).

As a baseline Godset can be rented on sundays, mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays.

You must plan and run the event yourself. Godset will guide you in the use of the facilities, but you must provide staffing yourself, engage any artists, as well as being the legally responsible organizer.

Rates:
- Association-run music events – rentning of the east wing, 865.00 DKK per day
- Association-run events of other kinds – rentning of the east wing, 1,250.00 DKK per day
- Institutional rent of east wing – 2,150.00 DKK for half a day (0 - 6 hours)
- Institutional rent of east wing – 4,300.00 DKK for a whole day (0 - 12 hours)

Option 2:

You are a firm or another organization with a commercial purpose and wish to host an event at Godset, have a look here:
Vacant sundays, mondays, tuesdays and wednesdays that are assessed to be overcapacity can be rented out to commercial actors.

You must plan and run the event yourself. Godset will guide you in the use of the facilities, but you must provide staffing yourself, engage any artists, as well as being the legally responsible organizer. Godset is happy to advise and spar with you.

The rate is 13,110 DKK which only includes rent. You must be responsible for any other services or you can purchase them from Godset to some extent. See under rates (House Technician/cleaning).

In general:

The association Rock’In House is the lessee of the bar. All sales of beverages must be made through the bar. Godset may not be used for private social gatherings (weddings, birthdays etc.).

Godset can refuse to grant permission for events to be hosted that is in conflict with the interests of the facility.

Additional purchases / Rates:

Faulty operation of alarms/triggering the alarm:
- Triggering the firealarm for example by starting a smoke machine without permission from the House Technician. Rate: The at any time applicable rate from Falck (the price is regulated by Falck)
- Faulty operation of the control/access system (calls/security visits). Rate: 665.00 DDK per call (price figures are regulated)

Sound technician/Lighting technician:
- If you need to use the sound/lighting system and can not aquire a qualified technician yourself Godset is happy to help you with the contact to a Sound Technician.

Purchase of a Sound Technician through Godset: Rate compare to the applicable tariff (Danish Musician's Union). The price is 2,319.67 DKK as of early 2024.

House Technician:
- Purchase of a House Technician (caretaker) - A-rate (10-15 hours) - 3,193.00 DKK
- Purchase of a House Technician (caretaker) - B-rate (0-10 hours) - 2,300.00 DKK
- Purchase of a House Technician (caretaker) - C-rate (unlocking/locking doors) - 635.00 DKK

Bord-/stoleopsætning:
- If you do not wish to set up tables/chairs as well as remove them again afterwards yourself the price is: 2,580.00 DKK + tax.

Godset is happy to help with communicating with associations that can take care of the assignment - the approximate price by the association is irrelevant to Godset.

Rehearsal Rooms:
- For users under the age of 18 or past 65: 120.00 DKK per month
- For users over the age of 18: 225.00 DKK per month
- For institutions – weekdays/morning: Free
- For institutions – weekdays/afternoon/evening: 690.00 DKK per month
- Own fixed rehearsal room per month: 4,300.00 DKK

Venue (east wing):
Association-run music events – rentning of the east wing, 865.00 DKK per day

*:
Events have to be compatible with Godsets operation which for example means that an event have to be ethically and operationally compatible with the institution's purpose and the needs of the primary users.

Godset cannot be lent/rented for use for private social events.

In addition to the rate, costs for additional staffing, various consumption etc. must be calculated depending on the type of event.

Please note:
All rates are regulated each year with effect from the 1st of January.
All renting takes place in accordance with Godsets rules and instructions.
